As promised, I’m going to show you how I stay mentally healthy! We’re going to start a journal!! Today’s a perfect day to start. You can reflect on this past week as it comes to an end, you can reflect on the past month since we’re now in the month of April, and so much more! Today I was able to reflect on this semester for school and softball. Although it’s a tough situation I always keep in mind the bigger picture, the well-being of others. After expressing my feelings about those subjects, I’m able to set new goals, both long term and short term. The possibilities are endless.
